Early morning, the experience begins with a bike tour through old streets of the city and main places of interest, where it is possible to appreciate and study the colonial architecture, unique for its mixture of Baroque and Mudejar styles. You will enjoy the morning breeze and the river landscape at sunrise. In the end, you will have a typical breakfast with regional cuisine such as “los fritos” in a picturesque corner of the historic center.
