DAY 1 | Bogotá – Yopal
After breakfast, departure to the airport for flight to Yopal. Upon arrival, 4 hours transfer by a 4×4 vehicle to the Eco-hotel Juan Solito. During the transfer, appreciate the landscapes and animals that are on the side of the road. In the afternoon, a short boat ride to see the sunset and discover some fauna of the place. Overnight stay.

DAY 2 | La Aurora – Safari
After breakfast, enjoy a stroll to see the Hato La Aurora, located 1 hour and half away from the hotel. This is one of the main attractions as this is a model of coexistence between wildlife, vegetation and traditional cattle herd. This tour is done in 4×4 vehicles, or by horse. During the tour, you will get to see capybaras, white-tailed deer, alligators, cattle, wild horses, wild pigs, and some birds like the Aruco, Garzones, herons, curlews, owls, guereres, ibis among others. At the original ranch-house it is possible to see the everyday activities of the ranchers.
At noon, enjoy lunch to taste various kinds of meat with cheese, rice, plantains, after getting some rest, return to the hotel. After dinner enjoy a folklore demonstration of harps, poems and traditional folk songs and listen different stories and legends of the area.

DAY 3 | La Aurora – Horse Ride
After breakfast enjoy a ride through the lands of the Hato, and do all the activities related with the work in the farm and live one day as a cowboy. If you prefer there is also the option to walk or ride on the paths close to the hotel, and get to know the varieties of plants and some of their uses, also see some birds and howler monkeys. In the afternoon, there is the option to do some fishing if the weather permits.

DAY 4 | Yopal – Bogotá
Transfer to Yopal airport for departure flight to Bogotá. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel.
